ORGANIZATION

As an international organization that is CESCONF, without being an I.O., or as a State that is, without being a state in the strict sense, we believe that a correct definition will have to be found to draw a bridge between the classic State organization, and the most modern I.O.

 

With all certainty, the entity that regulates international activities such as the U.N.O. (United Nations Organization) It must be who endorses the viability of the CESCONF project, and the municipalities that want to confederate with CESCONF, do it freely, as it works in the European Union, and that has brought prosperity and peace that nevertheless has been questioned by the United Kingdom until a Brexit that will have to be overviewed what final consequences brings.
