LEGISLATIONS.

Legislating and enforcing what is legislated are actions that, inside or outside of different spheres, are done when there are aspects of life and relationships with what surrounds us that it is preferable to do it in an orderly manner or to do it one way and not another

.

In this sense, we find aspects of common morality that tell us that some norms that are culturally accepted in some places are not in others. Trying to eliminate these differences when it is obviously logical, does not have to be obviously necessary, however there are some norms that should be common, such as public international law and other norms that states used to have in a monopolistic way, and which it was the moment to question, improve and make more logical.
