CESCONF'S COMMITMENTS WITH MAYORS.

The initial commitments of the mayoralties of the candidate cities to join CESCONF are to allow an exemption from the use of public space for the placement of Q-Boxes, the autonomous information dissemination posts and advertising, that allow the organization to generate income minors.
